Where do I begin?!?!?
- After a intensive home search in Stafford and Fredericksburg Va, we decided that our best choice was to have a home built. After seeing the communities available in those two areas, and talking to a few of the areas builders (Centex, Richmond and Ryan Homes), we decided to go with Ryan Homes. (Centex had the rudest sales manager ever!)
- On 1 September 2010, Purchase Agreement signed for the construction of a Ravenna model home with bonus room and finished basement!
- 9 October 2010, Flooring and Wiring Choices are finalized and Pre-Construction Meeting completed
- 29 October 2010 - Still waiting on building permits to come in so that they can start building. It appears that they will not start at least until next week!!!
Thats where we stand as of today.
I cant wait until they start building!!!!!
So far the Sales Staff has been mostly helpful keeping us informed of the situation. My only complaint has to be with NVR mortgage and the fact that they keep messing up my paperwork.
